this book is very truthful. it is a book full of poems that can dig the deepest holes in your heart, but fill it up with words. it gives you a different perspective on things and if your a poetry lover, this is for you.

I love the characters in this series. However, the plot line is so repetitive throughout each book that it's becoming extremely dull.. You can only beat down the main characters so much before it becomes unpleasant to read over and over and over again

The mission is so wonderful, but the ending is not that good

This is a wonderful book dealing with the aftermath of COVID. It takes place in “three Pines” a factitious place in Quebec # 17 in her series. Each book stands alone but has the background stories in bits and pieces. It deals with allowing others to say their piece even when one does not agree with them. Has a lot to do with loyalty of friendship, families and the difficulties that can bring to a situation and relationship. Great book.

The Sonnets To Orpheus

Beautiful but not many of the poems really spoke to me deeply, more of just a general vibe. Some made me download Duolingo and start German lessons! I could read a few lines now in German. Like "we like the white in the old man's beard"! And "dance the orange" and "who could point a finger at a smell" so that's exciting. Now if Rilke has written a poem that goes "he is my father she is my mother und meine Schwester ist sehr groß" I'll be in business. My favourite poem was "I welcome you, Ancient Coffins"

Scientific Healing Affirmations

Someone recommended inreas this and it would change my life. Couldn't get past some super outdated ideas in here for a supposedly wise and enlightened human to be so sexist, didn't jive with me. Also this copy ends with a "excercise to heal the teeth" where you just think about your teeth to fix them. Seems like a weird an abrupt way to end your book..
